Export for Circuit Overseer

New World Scheduler works with various Circuit Overseers to help us better understand what information they need when visiting congregations, and help them better access this data.

New World Scheduler supports exporting data into a variety of formats, depending on the needs of the Circuit Overseer.

Export for Circuit Overseer

NW Scheduler file

This allows all your Congregation and Person data to be securely exported and sent to your Circuit Overseer in New World Scheduler format.

Your Circuit Overseer can then Download NW Scheduler and then Open your Congregation in NW Scheduler.

  • Note: They will not be able to edit or change your data. Congregation Sharing and NW Publisher app will be automatically disabled for them. They also do not need to register. Free access is automatically given to all Circuit Overseers who import congregation data.

  3. Click NW Scheduler file
  4. Select a location to save the exported data.

  4. At Getting Started, click Open Congregation from File
  5. Locate and select the NW Scheduler file they received and saved in Step 1.
  6. Click Open
  7. They can now see all the congregation data.
    • Note: When they have finished the visit, they can simply delete the congregation from NW Scheduler and delete the NW Scheduler file they were sent. Changes or deletions will not affect the original congregation data.
