New World Scheduler supports creating and scheduling LDC Maintenance Categories and Maintenance Tasks.
Tasks can be scheduled per month, or several months, and can be assigned to publishers, groups or congregations.
All LDC Maintenance Categories and Tasks can be shared with all congregations sharing your Kingdom Hall.
- Schedule Maintenance Tasks LDC
Create Maintenance Categories and then add regular Maintenance Tasks. These can be scheduled and assigned to Publishers, Groups, or Congregations.
Track when tasks are Completed, and view the ongoing 3 year history.
- Maintenance Task Reminders and Notifications
Assigned Maintenance Tasks are displayed on the NW Publisher app.
Additionally, the Maintenance Coordinator can use Quick Steps to quickly send Maintenance Tasks for This month, Next month and Reminders.
