Refund Policy
New World Scheduler (NW Scheduler) provides a very generous 60-day Free Trial period, where you can use all parts of the program for 60 days. This allows time to comprehensively test New World Scheduler to determine if you want to use it.
In addition to our generous trial period, we are also happy to provide a full refund, minus any payment processing fees, within 30 days of a payment being made. Payment processing fees are usually $0.30 + 4%.

After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund for any reason.
