New World Scheduler supports exporting data into a variety of common file formats.
We believe your congregation and person data is your own, and you should be able to Import and Export your data as you wish. We also believe that as true Christians, it is both reasonable and right to allow data exchange between other JW scheduling programs.
To export data, click Congregation > Import or Export
Export Persons or Person Information
- Click Congregation > Import or Export
- Under Export, click Persons
- See Export Persons
- Note: To transfer a person to another congregation, please see Transfer Persons to another Congregation
Export all other data
- Click Congregation > Import or Export
- Under Export, click the data you want to export

Export Data
