It allows publishers to see upcoming Christian Life and Ministry meeting & Public Talk assignments, Reserve Public Witnessing, submit Field Service Reports, see upcoming Duties and Maintenance tasks, and more!
What is the NW Publisher app?
NW Publisher is a free app for congregation Publishers that works with New World Scheduler.
NW Publisher allows publishers to see upcoming Christian Life and Ministry meeting & Public Talk schedules and assignments, Reserve Public Witnessing, submit Field Service Reports, see upcoming Duties and Maintenance tasks, and much, much more!
NW Publisher app Features
Submit Field Service Reports
Publishers can submit their Field Service Report, which can then be imported into New World Scheduler by the Congregation Secretary.
Publishers can receive notifications and reminders to submit their report.
Congregation Information Board
Congregation Announcements, Letters and Documents can be posted by congregation elders and viewed by publishers on the NW Publisher app.
Images, PDF and links are fully supported, as well as Display From and Expiry dates.
Congregation Events
Upcoming Congregation Events are shown on the NW Publisher App, including Circuit Overseer visits, Circuit Assemblies, Regional Conventions, Memorial and Service Overseer visits.
Event dates, times and additional information is available to all publishers.
Life and Ministry Meeting Schedules
Publishers can see upcoming Christian Life and Ministry (CLM) meeting schedules for the next 4 weeks.
Information about all persons who have a part on the upcoming midweek meeting are shown, including any Duties and Cleaning arrangements.
Congregation Zoom Meeting information is also displayed.
Life and Ministry Meeting Assignments
Publishers can see all upcoming Christian Life and Ministry (CLM) assignments, including teaching, student and assistant parts.
Detailed information about the part, including Assistant, Study Material and Hall are displayed on the S-89 Assignment Slip.
Publishers can receive both Notifications and Reminders about their upcoming CLM assignments.
Weekend Meeting and Public Talk Schedules
Publishers can see upcoming Weekend meeting schedules for the next 4 weeks, including the Public Talk title, Public Speaker, Song number and Congregation.
Information about all persons who have a part on the upcoming weekend meeting are shown, including any Away Public Speakers, Hospitality, Duties and Cleaning arrangements.
Congregation Zoom Meeting information is also displayed.
Weekend Meeting and Public Talk Assignments
Brothers can see upcoming Local and Away Public Talk assignments. Publishers can see other upcoming Weekend Meeting assignments, such as Hospitality, Chairman or Watchtower Reader.
Detailed information about Public Talk assignments is given, including the Away Congregation meeting times, Kingdom Hall address and Public Talk Contact.
Brothers can be notified when they receive a new Public Talk assignment, and reminded when they have an upcoming talk.
Public Witnessing Carts
Publishers can see all Public Witnessing Cart Shifts and Locations, including details about each location.
Approved publishers can Reserve their own Public Witnessing Shifts, and instantly receive confirmation of their reservation.
Publishers can also see who else has reserved Shifts, and which Shifts require more people.
Field Service Schedules and Assignments
The next 4 upcoming Field Service Schedules are shown in NW Publisher app.
Publishers can see the Time, Location, Address, as well as additional information such as Conductor, Territory or Notes.
Upcoming Field Service Assignments, including Conducting Field Service Meetings, and Zoom Host, are displayed.
Congregation Duties and LDC Maintenance Tasks
Publishers can see Congregation Duties, including Attendance, Zoom host, Microphones, Platform, Security etc.
Kingdom Hall Cleaning and Lawn or Garden Care duties are also shown.
Brothers and sisters who have been assigned LDC Maintenance Tasks can see these on their Duties view.
Record Field Service Activity
Publishers can record their Field Service Activity from directly within NW Publisher app.
Record each days activity using convenient + and – buttons, or type in the amount.
The monthly totals are automatically compiled, including the amount of different Bible Studies conducted.
Field Service History
Publishers can see their own Field Service History for the past 12 months, including all Placements, Video Showings, Hours, Return Visits, Bible Studies and Credit.
A running total and average for both this year and a yearly summary for the last year is also shown.
Away Periods, Literature Requests, Territories
Publishers can submit Away Periods for themselves and their families to let elders know when they will be away and unavailable for parts.
Publishers can submit Literature Requests for any required Literature Items, including specifying the quantity, language and any additional notes.
Territories which have been assigned to publishers is accessible in NW Publisher app, including the map, link, notes and any do not calls.

Notifications
Publishers can receive a phone notification when they receive a new Assignment or Duty, or when any of the Congregation Announcements, Information Board, Event or Schedules are adjusted.
Reminders
Publishers can be reminded when they have an upcoming Assignment, Duty, or need to submit their Field Service Report.
New World Scheduler supports both Initial and Final reminders, and can be adjusted from a 1 hour to 14 days reminder, depending on the publishers preference.
