NW Scheduler fully supports Phone Witnessing maps, including recording when the person answered, does not answer, or do not calls.
Phone Witnessing Maps can either be printed or accessed by NW Publisher app.
Create a Phone Witnessing Map
Phone Witnessing Maps are created in much the same way as normal territories.
Please see Add New Territory, then note the following differences:
- You might choose to create a separate Phone Witnessing Territory Category to place all your Phone Witnessing Maps
- Set the Territory Type to Phone
- Phone Witnessing maps cannot have a Territory Boundary
- Phone Witnessing “addresses” can only include a Phone number, Name and Area.
Delete a Phone Witnessing Map
Phone Witnessing Maps are deleted in the same way as normal territories.
