Me view Alerts allows you to personally customize and configure your Me view.
Depending on your Congregation Responsibilities, you may not have access to all settings.
Identity
Identity. Who you are currently identified as. Click Edit to change, or Clear to remove.
- Note: Please do not identify yourself as someone else, even for testing purposes.
- Note: If you are already using Congregation Sharing, you will already have been identified and your Congregation Responsibilities will likely have already been set by a Congregation Administrator
Persons
Missing Reports. Show any missing Field Service reports.
Missing Group Overseers and Assistants. Shows any Field Service Groups with no overseer or assistant.
Shared Persons not recently connected. How many months before a Shared Person is considered ‘not recently connected’ and you are alerted.
Missing Person Information. Which missing Person Information you wish to be alerted about.
- Note: Phone means either Home or Mobile phone.
Emergency Contacts. Any person missing sufficient Emergency Contact Details
Schedules
Life and Ministry Meeting not scheduled. How many months you wish to be alerted about unscheduled Christian Life and Ministry Meetings.
CBS Reader. Show or ignore alerts about unscheduled CBS Readers.
Field Service not scheduled. How many weeks you wish to be alerted about unscheduled Field Service.
Public Talks not scheduled. How many months you wish to be alerted about unscheduled Public Talks.
Weekend Assignments not scheduled. How many weeks you wish to be alerted about unscheduled Weekend Assignments and which Weekend Assignments you wish to be alerted about.
Duties not scheduled. How many weeks you wish to be alerted about unscheduled Duties and which Duties you wish to be alerted about.
