NW Scheduler has comprehensive Data Logs which tracks everything that happens to your data and NW Scheduler.
Data Logs are helpful for troubleshooting data and program problems.
It is a strict requirment to please check your Data Logs before contacting us with any problems, especially Data Maintenance Logs and Error Logs.
Data Maintenance Logs
- Click Congregation > Data Maintenance
- Click Automatic Maintenance Logs
These logs track every time data was automatically added, changed or deleted from NW Scheduler due to data maintenance.
Examples:
- As time progresses, new Meeting Attendance Records are created
- Any Territories with no Territory Number are deleted
- Any Persons with no Person Name are deleted
- Every year Meeting Times are adjusted for the new year
Logs are kept for 1 month.
Error Logs
- Click Help > Error Logs
These logs track every time NW Scheduler crashes, or experiences an error.
Logs are kept for 1 month.
Data Expired Logs
- Click Help > Data Expired Logs
These logs track every time data was automatically deleted from NW Scheduler because it had expired (too old).
Data Expiry dates are set according to the Data Retention Policy.
- Example: Territory Assignments are only kept for the current and previous Service Year.
Logs are kept for 1 month.
Data Changed Logs
- Click Help > Data Changed Logs
These logs track every time data was Added, Updated or Deleted by yourself, or by Congregation Sharing.
Logs are kept for 1 month.
Other Logs
These logs are encrypted and can only be accessed from within NW Scheduler:
