2026/02/24: We are aware of a problem with OpenStreetMaps in NW Publisher app and are working to resolve it. In the meantime, please use Google Maps.

Elders can set Google Maps for all publishers in NWS Desktop by clicking Territory Settings > NW Publisher app Display > Map Overlay, OR publishers can set on their individual device by tapping Settings > App Display.

NWS Desktop Minor updates are released regularly to fix bugs and problems. Please RIGHT NOW do the following:

  1. Open NWS Desktop, then click Me > Updates > Check for Updates and install any new updates.
  2. Afterwards if you still have the same problem, please return here and complete this form.

You cannot transfer a Free Trial.

You are requesting us to transfer your Individual License from the Previous Email to the New Email.

You should only do this if you have changed your email address, or if you will no longer be using NW Scheduler, but another brother in your congregation will.

Please carefully and accurately enter both the Previous Email and the New Email.

You are requesting us to transfer a Congregation License from the Previous Congregation ID to the New Congregation ID.

You should only do this if you created a new NW Scheduler congregation, and have a new Congregation ID.

Please carefully and accurately enter both the Previous Congregation ID and the New Congregation ID.

If you are moving to another congregation, you do not need to transfer the license registration. Simply assign another Congregation Administrator.

Congregation Licenses are not linked to any individual or any email address. They are only linked to the Congregation ID. If the Congregation ID is the same, you cannot transfer the license.

You must please include a screenshot of your Me > License view in NW Scheduler.

Contact Us - Suggestion

This form is if you have a suggestion or feature request.

We are only able to accept suggestions from brothers who have been registered for at least 3 months, and who are willing to provide a detailed suggestion report (which includes multiple screenshots, diagrams or pictures), and who are willing to first consult with others.

There are several reasons for this:

  1. We receive many suggestions from brothers who have only just started using New World Scheduler and therefore do not understand why we made certain design decisions. Please first try using New World Scheduler the way it was designed for several months before making suggestions. While it may be different to the way you used to do things, you will likely find it is simpler and easier.
  2. We receive many suggestions for things that New World Scheduler can already do. This is likely because brothers did not take the time to fully understand the software.
  3. We receive many vague or incomplete suggestions and it takes considerable time to understand what is being asked.
  4. We receive many suggestions that are simply personal preferences of a single person or single congregation. We write software for the worldwide brotherhood, not a single congregation.

We kindly ask brothers please only submit a suggestion if:

  1. You have already registered and been registered for at least 3 months
  2. You have carefully checked Help & Support and confirmed that this feature does not already exist.
  3. You have carefully checked Frequently Asked Questions and confirmed that this feature does not already exist.
  4. You are willing and able to provide detailed Suggestion report, which includes multiple screenshots, diagrams or pictures for EACH suggestion.
  5. Have first consulted with other elders, including those in other congregations, circuits or countries. We write software for the worldwide brotherhood, not a single congregation.

We understand some brothers do not want to follow these steps. That is fine, please do not submit a suggestion.

Note: As mentioned above, it is a STRICT REQUIREMENT to please provide screenshots, diagrams or pictures clearly describing EACH suggestion and how it might work.

If you do not do this, your suggestion will be automatically deleted.

Before requesting a new language, please first carefully check All NW Scheduler & NW Publisher app Languages to see if your language is already in New World Scheduler or the NW Publisher app.

Please also first carefully read Request a New Language Help to understand what is required of those requesting a new language.

Please choose the Initial Translation Language. This can be either:

  1. Any language already in New World Scheduler, OR
  2. Any language supported by Google Translate. See https://cloud.google.com/translate/docs/languages

Please visit https://ss64.com/locale.html and choose a Windows Locale from that list.

As mentioned in Help > Request New Language, due to the time and expense of adding and maintaining languages, we are only able to add a new NW Publisher app language when the following is true:

  1. The language is already available in NW Scheduler
  2. There are sufficient congregations using NW Scheduler
  3. The New World Scheduler website Home Page has been translated into the language
  4. The NW Publisher app website Home Page has been translated into the language
