New World Scheduler and TSWin are JW apps or theocratic software programs designed to help JW Congregation Secretaries manage Publisher Cards, Field Service reports and other congregation secretary responsibilities. New World Scheduler can also schedule the Life and Ministry Meeting, Public Talks, Duties, Cleaning and Garden Care.
Both JW apps have similarities, and do a great job of helping JW secretaries.

Note: It is now possible to Import TSWin data directly into New World Scheduler. So if you are currently using TSWin and would like to try New World Scheduler, simply open New World Scheduler > click Import from TSWin.
Congregation Sharing
New World Scheduler allows you to automatically and instantly Share and Synchronize data with all appointed member of the congregation! Everyone is always using the “live” version. All data is also always encrypted and secure, both before, during and after synchronization.

Data Security
New World Scheduler data is always encrypted. It is encrypted when saved on your local computer, when Backed up to USB and when sent for Congregation Sharing. No plain text is ever exposed to the File System, Internet or anywhere.
TSWin stores data as plain text inside a database (DAT) file. If you use TSWin you should consider enabling Microsoft BitLocker or using TrueCrypt on your computer.

User Interface
New World Scheduler uses the latest MVVM Windows 10 programming techniques to create a modern User Interface. This is very similar to the design and layout of the JW Library app. The fonts are large and easy to read. Colors are used to make the program more appealing and provide direct feedback, for example when a CLM part has been scheduled. The buttons are large, easy to click and change colour on hover.

Saving and Backups
There are no Save buttons anywhere in New World Scheduler. This is because everything saves automatically! There is never any need to press “Save”. Backups are also automatically created every time the program is closed, with the last 15 backups kept.
