New World Scheduler includes JW Field Service Groups Organizer software. It is the quickest and easiest way to organize Field Service Groups.
The Service Overseer is responsible to keeping up-do-date Field Service Group lists. This can be quite a challenge as publishers constantly moving in and out of the congregation, start pioneering or are appointed. In most of these cases, field service groups often need to be rebalanced.

A new Congregation can be setup in less than one minute and a new Group in less than 10 seconds. This can then be Shared with others in your congregation in a few seconds. Alternatively, if others in your congregation already use the Christian Life and Ministry scheduler, Public Talk scheduler, or JW Duties scheduler, then all you need to do is Open the Congregation.
Once the Field Service Groups are added, members can be assigned to these groups with a few clicks. Additions and changes are just as easy. For example, if a member starts Regular Pioneering, is appointed as an Ministerial Servant, or moves group, these updates only take seconds!

Field Service Groups
The Field Service Groups Report is a list of all Field Service Groups and their members. This can be printed and placed on the congregation noticeboard. This shows the assigned Group Overseer and Assistant, and lists all member names in alphabetical order. Appointed brothers, pioneers and unbaptised publishers are marked as such. The total numbers are printed below for easy comparison.
All Members Details
All Member Details is another list of all Field Service Groups and their members. However this list includes the contact information for each publisher in each group. This is an important list for all Group Overseers and Assistants to have.
Share with others
New World Scheduler can automatically share data between other brothers. Congregation Sharing can be enabled with a single click, and takes just a few seconds. Others can then connect to the congregation by entering a password. All data is encrypted locally and in transmission.
Sharing happens automatically. Every time someone makes a change to the congregation, member, or field service groups, this update is then automatically sent to all other users. There is no need to press Refresh or Update, or anything!
Multiple Languages
New World Scheduler is the only Field Service Organizer software that allows you to run the program in one language, and then Reports and Lists in another language. This is especially useful for Foreign Language Groups or language learners.
New languages are constantly being added. Currently New World Scheduler is available in English, Spanish, Chinese Mandarin, Portuguese, Italian, French, German and Turkish.
