Data Maintenance ensures your New World Schedule remains error free and optimzed.
Automatic Data Maintenance
Expired or old data is automatically removed by NW Scheduler Data Maintenance.
- For example, old Publisher Reports, Territory Assignments, Meeting Attendance Records are automatically deleted.
This is not a problem, but rather compliance with the Data Retention Policy.
Please check the Data Logs to see if any data was automatically deleted by Data Maintenance.
Manual Data Maintenance
Manual Data Maintenance allows you to see if any data was corrupted, orphaned or duplicated.
We suggest brothers run this every few months, or if you experience data problems or duplication.
- Click Congregation > Data Maintenance > Detect Data Problems

You can then decide to remove this data to clean up your NWS database.
