Please first open New World Scheduler and click Settings > Check for Updates before contacting us to report a problem or bug. Likely this will solve your problem.

Before contacting us, please carefully read Help & Support > Registration Help and Register New World Scheduler. Likely your question or problem has already been answered on those pages.

New World Scheduler was created out of love for the friends, therefore when writing your message please be guided by bible principles such as “Let your words always be gracious, seasoned with salt” (Colossians 4:6) and “Thoughtless speech is like the stabs of a sword, But the tongue of the wise is a healing.” (Proverbs 12:18).

This form is if you have problems with your license or payment.

Before completing this form:

  1. Double-check you are using NWS Desktop 8.0 #1429 or later
  2. Please carefully check License Registration Help, especially Registration Problems, Before Registration Questions​ and After Registration Questions

Please open NW Scheduler RIGHT NOW and click Me > Registration. Please take a screenshot of your Registration view and upload it below.

You cannot transfer a Free Trial.

You are requesting us to transfer your Individual License from the Previous Email to the New Email.

You should only do this if you have changed your email address, or if you will no longer be using NW Scheduler, but another brother in your congregation will.

Please carefully and accurately enter both the Previous Email and the New Email.

You are requesting us to transfer a Congregation License from the Previous Congregation ID to the New Congregation ID.

You should only do this if you created a new NW Scheduler congregation, and have a new Congregation ID.

Please carefully and accurately enter both the Previous Congregation ID and the New Congregation ID.

If you are moving to another congregation, you do not need to transfer the license registration. Simply assign another Congregation Administrator.

Congregation Licenses are not linked to any individual or any email address. They are only linked to the Congregation ID. If the Congregation ID is the same, you cannot transfer the license.

You must please include a screenshot of your Me > License view in NW Scheduler.
