We are sorry that NWS Mobile crashed or had a problem.

Updates are regularly released to fix bugs and problems. Please RIGHT NOW check the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to see if there is a new version available.

If there is a new version available, there is no need to complete this form. Simply update to the new version and everything should be fine.

Send Crash Report

To investigate properly, we also need a detailed description of exactly what you were doing at the time of the crash.

For example:

  • What task were you performing?
  • What screen were you on?
  • What did you press or type?
  • Did you notice anything flash on the screen, or display in a strange way before the crash?
  • If you perform the same task in the same way, does it always produce the crash?
  • What are the exact steps to repeat or reproduce this problem?
