Since starting to use New World Scheduler and Publisher our field service reports come in so much quicker with fewer missing. People are aware of their assignments, they can see the territory that they’re working that day and the reports for the Circuit Overseer’s visit are so much more convenient to produce. It’s an excellent tool to ease the burden on brothers who perform scheduling etc… So glad we decided to go with it! Thanks brothers.
