Where do I begin. 1.It makes a secretary’s responsibilities very easy. 2.no publisher cards 3. sending publisher infro from one congregation to another and not to forget during the Circuit overseer visit, all the information is send in an instant, and that just a drop in the bucket. there are so many features to this program that I love.
4. the ability to put your field service activity by way of the app on the cell phone. 5.meeting parts. 6. the ability to reserve a cart for cart witnessing.7. Map of the Territory 8. Emergency contact information. 9. service group. 10. And this is just one of my favorites. being able to see the letters that needs to be read to the congregation. 11. another one of my favorites due to the fact that I’ve been the secretary many, and now I save on paper and Ink. What is there not to love about this program.
Once all the information is typed into the system it’s a walk in the park from there on.
I take my hat off to the persons that are responsible for the creation of this program.
