This program is amazing. I use it as PTC and I try to tell other PTCs about it. In particular is the speaker request feature. You can request a speaker at 3:00am without playing phone-tag or email-tag. If the speaker is available, when convenient for the other PTC, you get an approval. If he is not available you get a denial. No fuss or unnecessary waste of time.
Imagine if ALL PTCs used this program; how smoothly this often stressful responsibility would go!
