One of the best things about this program and it’s associated app is how easy it is for members of the congregation to keep track of announcements, enter their field service and change various aspects of their personal information, such as phone number and emergency contacts. This greatly eases the work load on the elders so more time can be spent shepherding, rather than tracking down information. Another aspect is that all the elders have access to congregation records without having to go to the Kingdom Hall.
