It has done wonders to get Field Service Reports in. We were looking to replace our Secretary as they were getting tired. He was going to help us transition to this program and then focus on family. During this transition (and the assignment of another brother to assist) he saw how easy this was and has committed to staying as Secretary. We will use this tool to properly train the next Secretary when the time comes.
