The program has been a blessing in helping our many schedules and events be coordinated in a single program. Before this, we often had to revise our schedules after issuing them to avoid double-assignments. Now that every scheduler is participating with the desktop app, we are avoiding that situation.
Our congregation has quickly adopted it’s use, and the friends have been thankful in having schedule information and regular reminders of their assignments on their mobile devices.
