As the secretary of our congregation, I would like to express my appreciate to you. NW Scheduler and the NW Publisher App has drawn our publishers and Body of Elders closer together. Publishers can record their time and field service activity daily. The App totals their month’s activity, and they can confirm or edit the total, and then submit it directly to the NW Scheduler. Then, not only the Secretary, but the Field Service Group Overseers can see the reports. All the elders have access to the personal information of the publishers. They can check with the Secretary or the publisher to update or correct information.
Again, as the Secretary, NW Scheduler greatly simplifies the monthly reports to the Service Overseer and Bi-Annual visit of the Circuit Overseer. The Scheduler allows me to send the S-21 of all the publishers, in the Field Service Group, in one pdf to the Service Overseer, Group Overseer, and his assistant. It allows me to compile the 3 Circuit Overseer’s reports in record time. I can give him the Regular Pioneers, Auxiliary Pioneers, and Publishers S-21’s and totals with a few clicks.
And lastly, it compiles the monthly and yearly Branch reports with a few clicks.
