Love the interface. Makes it all easy. Having the Help menu available on every page is wonderful. We have used other programs before, but they were a bit clunky. The best part of this program is enabling the publishers to turn in their time, with the Group Overseers being able to follow up. The publishers have a miniature Information Board in their pocket, so that they don’t have to ask the same questions over and over. They have their assignments in their pockets, including cleaning of the KH. No one feels pressured. We all feel unified. It gives the elders more time for their personal time with the publishers, and their families. It’s a win-win!!!
