Although New World Scheduler provides a way to simplify the many responsibilities that elders care for in the congregation, an outstanding feature is the mobile app, NW Publisher. Changes in New World Scheduler are immediately accessible to all in the congregation who are affected by the change via the mobile app. Whether it is meeting assignments, duties, or simply the schedule for the week, it’s all available to the publisher without having to scan an entire information board while physically present at the Kingdom Hall. When a change is made, it is not always practical to print a new copy and post it on the information board. However, it can be done virtually through the mobile app.
