The ability for publishers to submit reports using the NW app, which then go straight in to the congregation field service report is an absolute game changer.
Assigning the meeting parts for the CLM meeting by the COBE and then the student assignments by the CLM overseer makes things really easy, and assignments are then sent straight to the app with reminders. This is amazing.
Publishers also now have reminders for Hall cleaning, so no excuses now 🙂
Also, everyone now has an accurate and up to date list of field service arrangements.
And although it will always be a juggling act, it’s so much easier to assign meeting duties to brothers, and each brother can now quickly look on the app at any given meeting and see what he is doing.
Oh, and away dates! Brilliant.
