I am the congregation secretary and had a bad time with <another JW software program> which led me to <another JW software program>. That tool was fantastic for the secretary but did not support all congregation functions. After some searching I came across JWS and the body adopted it. We have been extremely pleased with the software, support and consistent updates to the publisher app.
