I love this program! It has saved our secretary and me a lot of time. The extensive reports are extremely helpful, and the auto-assign feature is a great way to begin the assignment process. The friends seem to enjoy using the application for submitting their field service reports and checking to see what upcoming assignments they have. The latest upgrade of features, such as My Tasks, is really good too.
