I appreciate how the program makes everything in the congregation convenient at a finger tips reach. I handle the Public Talk scheduling, and all speakers information can either be put in by a congregation that is using the app or we can do so, but it all stays there and keeps track of the talks, who gave them and when. As well as keeping tabs on outgoing speaker assignments as well.
