My use of this tool is limited to the Christian Life and Ministry Schedule and I am just beginning to use it for developing the Public Talk Schedule. A strong positive is that the meeting part names are already populated as well as songs. This reduces my time. The populating of participants names is very productive also. The resultant “schedule” is very nice and the printing features are excellent.
