This application has helped our elder body immensely! It has streamlined communication with the sheep, and thereby helped all of us to be united in thought and action. The announcements and congregation events help us to stay informed and have a place to go to see upcoming events. The field service reporting helps to simplify the task of collecting field service reports. The scheduling features save so much time, and are very intuitive to use. They are also flexible enough to accommodate any unique local arrangements that might be in place. The email templates also make scheduling and sending out assignments for all of the meetings much faster. Automatic scheduling gives you a baseline to start, and then you can go through and make adjustments to the schedule. The mobile app is fantastic and intuitive as well. The publishers enjoy using it and the notifications help to eliminate a lot of work since you don’t have to manually send out reminders. We have not used the territory and public witnessing features much yet, since that will take more time to implement in our foreign language territory, but surely those features will be useful and scalable as well. Getting things up and running is also a breeze if you are coming from another platform. They provide support to help you to get everyone into NWS, and it took very little time to get up and running. Our congregation is truly grateful for this application and the constant development that goes into it.
