We have migrated from another JW-specific software and are getting to know and appreciate NWS. Being PTC I especially like seeing the linked schedules onscreen. I used to keep a spreadsheet similar to what you are doing with brothers with outgoing talks. Nice to have it all on the same page.
You brothers are doing a fine job and have developed an awesome tool. I have gone from paper to Excel to Access to KHS through the years. I hope to stop here.
