This application has allowed us to offer a more transparent view of all that is going on in the congregation.
It is great to have all the views at the bottom of the screen where cong events are reviewed along with assignments, field ministry locations of zoom codes, and each persons assignments.
The away periods also help in scheduling a great degree as we don’t assign a part to someone who is going to be gone saving more rescheduling.
Also for the field ministry reporting, we can see who has entered reports or not, and be able to get the report to the branch in a timely manner, also the circuit overseer report is simple and done the way we are supposed to make our report.
