Even if some congregations in your circuit aren’t on this program, it makes scheduling so much easier. Not to mention after the initial setup is complete, all assignments and duties are all together. If done properly, there shouldn’t be duplicate assignments on the same meetings (unless on purpose). Plus the text reminders are a life saver for QB’s who handle multiple assignments. If you’ve overlooked an assignment, you are reminded multiple times if you wish. Public talk scheduling with this is practically a requirement. The ease of requesting speakers from another congregation through this is AMAZING! Highly recommend this program.
