Being a long time user of KHS we were pleased to be introduced to NW Scheduler/Publisher. With anything new it took a little time for the friends to accept the new app, but everyone quickly realized how superior the software is and the friends just loved all the information at their fingertips. The few times we thought we had issues, it was either operator error, or an update was distributed quickly within a few days. As congregation secretary I appreciated how quickly the friends would turn in their field service time. Our CLM overseer and the brothers who schedule work assignments are pleased with the ease of scheduling their respective tasks.
NW Scheduler truly is the “Swiss Army Knife” of congregation software, it does it all!
