The congregation responded very positively to the implementation of NW Publisher. Frequently mentioned was the “real time” and current schedule information for mid-week meeting assignments. Also frequently commented on was the ease of the field service tracking and reporting feature. Finally, we all love the “reminders” for assignments that are sent to us.
