The program is user-friendly with a very concise and easy-to-use context-based help system where you can be directed to specific online help from within any page. Bugs are corrected very promptly and updates with new features roll out often.
The program is customisable, meaning you can use as many or as few of the features as your body of elders approves. This makes it easier to transition into the software, by gradually migrating one department after another over a period of time.
The connection with NW app (formerly JWS) is very helpful for reports collection and reminding brothers and sisters of assignments.
The ability to securely and legally share congregation data among multiple users is helpful in case someone is on holiday, and to allow congregation departments to communicate well. You can set permissions, so that the literature servant or talk coordinator doesn’t accidentally delete someone’s record cards.
