This is the most thorough, all-in-one software for meeting organization I have used or trialed, along with the JWS app which many of the brothers appreciate. Almost all of our elders have embraced using the New World Scheduler program. The layouts are intuitive and easily navigated for the most part, and the sharing feature is so useful.
