Many congregation members believe the NWP phone app has greatly improved the flow of information on their assignments and on congregation activities. One sister said “I don’t know why we didn’t have something like this years ago!”
New World Scheduler has arrived at just the right time for us. Congregations now need to generate over a dozen different schedules. For example, there are several security roles, CLMM assignments, cleaning, public talks, Watchtower readers, audio, roving mics and others. We got to the stage previously where our schedules had low value, with people frequently being double-booked on tasks or being given tasks when they were not even here! Without NWS it would take hours to properly co-ordinate all the schedules.
