My biggest and less looked forward to assignment was getting up the schedule every month. Because I didn’t want to give brothers double duties, as COBE I would organize all the duties for each meeting. Kind of a control freak thing to do but nobody complained because they didn’t have to organize things and they didn’t get doubled up on duties. NWS has taken that off my shoulders and I feel 30 pounds lighter and I have more time because I just pick the WT reader and Sunday Chairman now. The brothers in charge of their departments pick their choices in a particular order and now when a vacancy happens they fix it.
