We used to use a different program prior to switching to NWS. In my opinion, NWS is vastly superior for many reasons but I will just mention two here.
1. The mobile app. Having access to information at my disposal is invaluable for a variety of occasions. For example, checking assignments not only for myself but having access to the weekly assignments of others is vary useful.
2. Access to who has and has not submitted ministry reports for groups along with the ability for the overseer to submit for the publisher is so useful.
Recent changes and features have been awesome as well. Another example of that is the ability of the attendant to post the meeting attendance right in the app. Amazing!
