The New World Scheduler and the accompanying New World Publisher apps do everything you want from your scheduling software. In fact, it probably does even more than you can think of. Also, the developer is actively adding features based on user input which is great to see.
The New World Scheduler program is easy enough to use for even our most tech-challenged brothers. The New World Publisher app is easy enough that almost every single publisher in our congregation uses it to manage their time, check the schedules, and view documents on the virtual information board.
It is an excellent service.
