We have found the programme to be very useful. It is a big time saver in terms of keeping the brothers and sisters up to date with congregation events and other information. Gathering of field service records is more efficient than what we have done in the past. The data sharing helps us to keep records current with the appointed brothers. We are also using the system for territory maps and caring for the Kingdom Hall. One feature I appreciate is the customisable fields. For example with have set up a field up for accounts auditors, and these can be scheduled along with other functions. Brothers and sisters using NW Publisher app also enjoy using it. All in all we are very happy with the outcome.
