The publishers have been using the app for the last 4 months and REALLY like it. They especially appreciate three things in particular: (1) getting their meeting assignments (2) submitting their field service report (3) Public Witnessing cart reservations.
The elders especially like the synchronization features – changes made by one brother are quickly propagated to all. Our previous program required exchanging data files via email, and we never actually achieved full synchronization. The auto-assign feature works quite well, requiring few manual adjustments.
Another helpful feature is the ability to rapidly push out important announcements to all in congregation. Our area experiences frequent severe, dangerous weather conditions. At times the decision to cancel an in-person meeting is made just an hour or two before it starts. The Announcement feature is perfect for letting everyone know.
Another positive aspect is the on-going development of program features. The development team seems committed to carefully refining existing features and adding useful ones. At the same time, they are not bloating the program with fancy but unnecessary features.
