Having a true “Synced” database is wonderful

JWS provides everything we need
We formerly were trying to manage the congregation using another program, but JWS provides everything we need, and the ability for many of the brothers to manage their own responsibilities simultaneously with Congregation sharing. The congregation benefits greatly having current information in the app, especially during the pandemic. Jehovah’s blessings upon you brothers as you continue to develop and improve this program!

I appreciate the ability to share information with the brothers. I have used other applications and you had to send a file to share and if not careful it would overwrite information. We have found that scheduling has become easier to coordinate. I like the mobile application as well, I try to encourage all in my group to use it.

I love it. I wish more people in our area used it. It has really changed our communication for the better, now everyone is on the same page with everything. Answers to most questions can be found on each publishers device, instead of calling a favorite overseer.

very efficient and simplification changes
We have been using a different program for quite some time and only recently (about 6 months) started using New World Scheduler. Surprisingly in just this short time there have been many very efficient and simplification changes that have made the program work very well.

This is an excellent Application. The simple approach to emailing reminders and assignments is great, the holistic approach to updating members information is great (contact, CLM assignments, service time, etc. all in one spot.)
The canned reports are awesome. The away period is very helpful when scheduling.
The modular approach is great (i.e. not all jobs need to be included in JWS, but when they all are it is very effective.)
speaker sharing looks to hold great promise once other congregations are on board.
and the consistent support, update, improvement, and refinement is exceptional.
The ‘granular access’ is especially good.
The features of the JWS Publisher App are great… the friends love the convenience and ease.

As a congregation secretary, JWS has been a very helpful tool. Preparing all the congregation information needed for the CO visit can be done quickly and accurately by using JWS. Collecting field service reports (during the pandemic) has been easier using JWS along with JWS Publisher edition. With us being away from the Kingdom Hall due to the Pandemic, the ability to schedule meetings up to four months in advance and have those schedules in .PDF and .DOC formats serving as our “Public Meeting Information Board,” emailed to all publishers is a tremendous help. That together with the JWS Publisher app keeps all well informed, well in advance of any assessments coming up. With such advanced notice it cuts downs on cancellations that were due to short notices and gives more time for preparation which contributes to better parts given!

The most outstanding thing is that you follow, to the letter, the Faithful Slave’s guidelines concerning congregation procedures, period; all of the other recording programs cannot say that.
Our dear older ones feel they are totally in touch with the congregation with the Events and Announcement features, and the Schedules and the Assignments are indispensable. The Friends absolutely love the all of the features of the JWS publisher App. As the Secretary, the Sharing feature is invaluable to me; the other Elders can access needed features without contacting me and emailing and imaging and attaching, etc.,etc,etc.

New World Scheduler has been very nice for our congregation. The JWS Publisher app is what has made it so good. It’s nice to get the notifications of upcoming assignments, and I like being able to update the schedules live and get up-to-date info on who has parts. And it’s made turning in our service reports easy. Even the older publishers in the congregation find it easy to use.

My use of this tool is limited to the Christian Life and Ministry Schedule and I am just beginning to use it for developing the Public Talk Schedule. A strong positive is that the meeting part names are already populated as well as songs. This reduces my time. The populating of participants names is very productive also. The resultant “schedule” is very nice and the printing features are excellent.
