New World Scheduler was created out of love for the friends, therefore when writing your message please be guided by bible principles such as “Let your words always be gracious, seasoned with salt” (Colossians 4:6) and “Thoughtless speech is like the stabs of a sword, But the tongue of the wise is a healing.” (Proverbs 12:18).
We carefully evaluate each suggestion and feature request for possible inclusion in New World Scheduler. As you can understand, we cannot include every feature. We need to balance simplicity with functionality. New World Scheduler is also designed for the world-wide brotherhood, not just certain western countries. We also prioritise features that are requested by many congregations.
If we decide to implement your suggestion or feature request, it will appear in a future version of New World Scheduler. As we receive many requests, it can sometimes take many months for a feature to appear after requested.
We appreciate all suggestions and requests, but are unable to say if and when any particular feature will appear.
