Our congregation migrated from KHS. As the Talk Coordinator, I use a number of features. I am not the sharpest computer junkie out there, but find my way around OK. The transition was a bit rough for me, but well worth the results. The help screens are very very good. I’ve never had to ask for help from NWS. In my previous KHS experience several time I had data disappear and had to do backups. I wrote asking for help and never got an answer. I do not think NWS is any more difficult than KHS, it’s just different. For someone starting from scratch it should be easier.
Having the scheduling program fully integrated with the publisher’s personal phone app is wonderful. Thank you dear brothers for your work on our behalf.
