We migrated to NWS back in 2021 and have loved it ever since. The initial draw was publishers’ ability to submit their ministry reports via the companion app. The abundant reports, talk exchange, and the ability for one liscense to be shared amongst all appointed men in the congregation were a big plus. I really enjoy the new features that have been added since then as well, such as the territory capability. Another thing I appreciate is how quickly the application is changed to be in compliance with any new direction from the Branch. Being an IT professional myself, I have a good understanding of the amount of time, coding and debugging go into a product like this and it is truly a blessing.

New World Scheduler – A Game Changer for Congregation Organization!

We cannot say enough about how much the New World Scheduler program has benefited our congregation! This program has been an incredible help to the brothers who manage schedules and collect time, streamlining what used to be a complex and time-consuming process.

It provides a central place where everyone can update their away times, emergency contact information, and request territories and literature—all in one easy-to-use app to coincide with the program. The ability to quickly communicate important updates has greatly improved organization and efficiency within the congregation.

Absolutely wonderful. The program is robust, providing many features that benefit large and small congregations, yet the flexibility in its design allows smaller congregations to use the features suited for them. Pricing is so reasonable. Our congregation only recently started using NWS, along with the NWP for congregation publisher use. The friends love having all scheduling information at their fingertips, and we hope to start using the territory portion of the program as well. Thank you for all the effort that goes into maintaining the program.

I absolutely love the program! It is not only the best congregation managing tool out there, but it’s also incredibly user-friendly. With everything under one roof, it’s a breeze to keep our appointed brothers up to date with the many scheduling updates that occur each week.

excellent app. well supported. always being updated and keeps up with organisation changes. firewalls and security config is excellent. complies with branch requirements. if you do any schedules, or / and you are on the service committee, this app is will save you time and energy. with the mobile app, reduces the ‘oh i forgot’ scenario to zero – completely removes excuses as its easy to track your assignments without have to look at a dozen schedules which constantly need updating. i have used for 4 years and with 3 different congregations, been a winner and accepted with joy every time. if i have to move congregation again, my first question now is; do you have the NW app? i dread the answer could be no…..
