If you voluntarily decide to download New World Scheduler, contact New World Scheduler, Register New World Scheduler, or otherwise take any action that involves providing your personal data, you consent to this Policy, as well as to the storage of any provided person data on servers located in the United States of America and to the collection, processing, transfer, and storage of this data by New World Solutions Pty Ltd in order to carry out your request.
New World Scheduler does not allow advertising companies to collect data through our service for ad targeting. We do not share data collected by our SERVICES with other organizations for any purpose.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Using New World Scheduler application. New World Solutions Pty Ltd collects basic information on how you use this application so that we can improve our software and deliver a better experience. To do this, we use unique device identifiers to identify your computer or mobile device. This information is not linked to any personal information and is completely anonymous.
You are required to provide your first name and email address when you first open and begin using New World Scheduler. This helps us better manage registration and support. Your email address and first name may occasionally be used to provide support, registration reminders or send important updates about New World Scheduler.
If you choose to use Congregation Sharing, you need to create a New World Scheduler Account using your first name and email address. This is for security reasons to prevent unauthorized access to your congregation. Your email address and first name may occasionally be used to provide support, registration reminders or send important updates about New World Scheduler.
Except as mentioned above, we do not collect any other personal information or congregation information from the use of New World Scheduler or NW Publisher app.
Registration. When you register, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, address, and email address. Payment information is directed to secure 3rd party payment processors to process the transaction. We do not store any financial or account information on our systems.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive information about you such as your name, email address, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
Using New World Scheduler.
CONGREGATION, PERSON, AND SCHEDULE DATA
All congregation, person, and schedule data is owned by you and your congregation. We are not responsible for any congregation, person or schedule data stored in the New World Scheduler application. If required by law, you are personally responsible for obtaining permission to store such data. You are personally responsible for saving, backing up and securing such data. You are personally responsible for storing or using such data in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
We cannot access your Congregation, Person, and Schedule data unless you voluntarily send us data for debugging or support purposes. Any data sent for debugging or support purposes is only used for this purpose and is immediately deleted after such services are provided.
Data sent via Congregation Sharing is fully encrypted and cannot be accessed by us at any time.
CONGREGATION SHARING
The New World Scheduler application allows you share congregation, person, and schedule data with other persons in your congregation. This must be voluntarily enabled by yourself.
Congregation Sharing works by transferring data from your computer to other approved congregation persons via the New World Scheduler Transfer Servers. Before, during and after the transfer, the data is obfuscated and encrypted and cannot be access or opened by us or anyone else. In our opinion, this fully complies with sfl. If you reside in Europe and the persons you are sharing with also reside in Europe, in our opinion this fully complies with the European GDPR Laws.

If you choose to enable Congregation Sharing, you are responsible for ensuring data is only shared with authorized congregation persons and that you have the relevant permission to share data with them.
DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
