Congregation Schedules and Reports

New World Scheduler contains many attractive, practical and informative Congregation Schedules and Reports, allowing you to quickly and easily view your congregation data.

All schedules and reports can be saved as Document, PDF, Image or XPS. They can also be Previewed, Printed or Emailed.

To Save, Print or Email Congregation Schedules Reports, click Printing > Save, Print & Email Reports > Congregation

Weekly Overview

Description

Shows an overview of the select week, including who is giving all meeting parts, all talk titles, duties and optionally Field Service.

Who might use

The Coordinator of the Body of Elders (COBE)Life and Ministry Meeting Overseer or Public Talk Coordinator might print this and place on the noticeboard. Or it might be emailed to all appointed brothers, to all those with parts or duties that week, or even to all congregation publishers.

  • Include Field Service includes the Field Service Schedule..
  • Include Addresses includes addresses for Field Service Meetings.
  • Select theWeeks to print or email.

Field Service Groups

Description

Shows all congregation Field Service Groups and all the persons in each group. Includes who is the Group Overseer and Group Assistant, and shows the Publisher Status and Pioneer Status of all persons.

Who might use

All elders are interested in Field Service Group list, but especially Group Overseers, the Coordinator of the Body of Elders (COBE)Secretary and Service Overseer. The Service Overseer might print this and place on the noticeboard, or email to all appointed brothers.

Options

  • Group by Family groups the publishers by Family.
  • Include Totals shows a count of each person type.
  • Include Field Service Meetings shows the field service arrangements for each group.
    • Note: This data comes from Group Field Service Meetings found in Schedule > Field Service for this week only. You must have Field Service Meetings scheduled for this week and allocated to a Group, or nothing will print.
  • Include Addresses includes addresses of Field Service Meetings.
    • Note: This data comes from the Location of the Group Field Service Meetings found in Schedule > Field Service for this week. You must have Field Service Meetings scheduled for this week and allocated to a Group, and they must have a Location with an Address, or nothing will print.
  • Include inactive includes inactive persons in the list.
  • Include students and children includes students and children in the list.
  • Name Format changes how to display person names.

Congregation Summary

Description

Provides a summary of your congregation, including how many Publishers, Elders, Ministerial Servants, Baptised, Reactivated, and much much more. Also includes a Meeting Attendance summary, and Field Service totals and averages for Publishers, Auxiliary Pioneers and Regular Pioneers.

Who might use

All elders should be interested in how the congregation is going, but especially the Coordinator of the Body of Elders (COBE)Secretary and Service Overseer. This could be emailed to all elders monthly, or given to the Circuit Overseer at the start of his visit.

Important

This data is based off the previous 12-months Congregation Field Service Reports. Please ensure the previous 12-months have all been Submitted, otherwise the data might not be accurate.

Congregation Responsibilities

Description

Shows who is handling each congregation assignment, including any assistants.

Who might use

All elders might want to see who is handling each assignment, but the Coordinator of the Body of Elders (COBE) will likely want to periodically print or email this report to all elders and ministerial servants.

Meeting Attendance Records

Description

Displays the selected Meeting Attendance records on the the S-88 Congregation Meeting Attendance Record form.

Who might use

The Congregation Secretary or Attendants Servant might save and print this report. The Secretary should give this to the Circuit Overseer before his visit.

Reminder

The S-88 Meeting Attendance Form is arrange by Service Year (starting in September) and not calendar years.

Common Questions and Problems

If a report, schedule or template does not exist on our Help pages, then it most likely does not exist in New World Scheduler. While New World Scheduler already contains over 130 different templates and reports, it is not possible to create reports or templates for everything and everyone.

Nevertheless, if you would like to suggest a new schedule, report or template for New World Scheduler:

  1. Create a sample or screenshot of a sample
  2. Click Help > Contact Us > Suggestion and carefully follow the directions provided.

Please carefully re-read the section Select the Report or Schedule on the Preview, Save, Print or Email Reports page.

The Periods are fixed and cannot be changed. They will automatically update as time passes.

When printing or saving Field Service Groups, you may tick Include Field Service Meetings. This shows the field service arrangements for each group.

This data comes from Group Field Service Meetings found in Schedule > Field Service for this week only. You must have Field Service Meetings scheduled for this week and allocated to a Group, or nothing will print.

When printing or saving Field Service Groups, you may tick Include Addresses. This includes addresses of Field Service Meetings.
